为解决采煤机在满负荷工况下因振动、负载导致的采煤机截割部壳体断裂等问题,本文采用ANSYS Workbench软件对MG450/1050-WD型采煤机滚筒截割部壳体受力状态进行分析,得出采煤机截割部壳体的应力集中点;对采煤机截割部进行优化设计,提高结构强度;并对优化后的采煤机截割部壳体进行有限元分析,验证其是否满足要求.
Research on Optimum Design for the Cutting Unit of MG450/1050 Coal Winning Machine
The article aims to address the problem of cracking to the cutting unit case of the coal winning machine duo to vibrations and loads under the full load.It analyzes the force conditions of the roller cutting unit for MG450/1050-WD coal winning machine with ANSYS Workbench and finds the stress concentration point.The article also provides the optimum design for the cutting unit,improves its structural strength,and conducts the finite element analysis on the optimized cutting unit case and verify to see if it can fulfill the requirements.
