对A、B两个不同厂家的H13钢材进行了拉伸、冲击和电镜试验,比较了 A、B两个钢材厂家原材料性能方面存在的差异,并分析了产生差异的原因.在同等冲击载荷作用下,韧性好的材料可以吸收更大的能量,更不容易发生断裂,性能更稳定.
Comparison and Experimental Analysis of Properties of H13 Round Steel
Tensile,impact and electron microscope tests were carried out on H13 steel from two different manufacturers A and B,and the differences in raw material properties of A and B steel manufacturers were compared,and the reasons for the differences were analyzed.The material with better toughness absorbs more energy,is less prone to fracture and has more stable performance under the same impact load.
