Research on Inspection Methods of In-use Marine Fuel Tanks
Liquefied natural gas is a new type of fuel energy,it has high utilization rate of calorific value and less environmental pollution.For periodic inspection plan for an in-service marine fuel cryogenic tank,the best test plan based on information review,the service situation,damage modes,failure mechanisms,is develped and the main test points are analyzed and how to use the vacuum gauge to test the vacuum degree.Finally,the problems found in the inspection and the treatment methods are summarized,the safety accident rate of the use unit is reduced,it provides a basis for inspection and detection methods.
