CA6140车床主传动系统的数控化改造

针对传统的CA6140车床主传动系统存在智能化程度低、机械系统复杂、自动化控制精度不高等问题,进行了智能化改造,设计了智能控制螺旋转位刀架、液压控制自动卡盘和变频调速控制系统.对比改造前和改造后的CA6140车床主传动系统,刀架切换、液压卡盘装卡效率和加工精度明显提高,调速范围从转速10~1400 r/min提升到无级转速8~1500 r/min,输出功率特性更加平稳,转速波动较小,车床加工能力明显提高,产品的平均合格率为98.8%,在长时间运行过程中产品质量稳定可靠,横向控制精度达到0.005 mm,主运动实现自动变速控制,提高了生产效率.
Numerical Control Intelligent Transformation of the CA6140 Lathe Main Transmission System
In view of the traditional CA6140 lathe main transmission system has low degree of intelligence,complex mechanical system,automation control accuracy is not high,the CA6140 lathe main transmission system intelligent upgrade,design the intelligent control spiral rotating knife holder,hydraulic control automatic caste and frequency conversion speed control system.By comparing the main transmission system of the CA6140 lathe before and after the modification,the study found that the efficiency and machining accuracy of knife rack switching and hydraulic caliper are significantly improved,increase the speed regulation range from 10~1400 r/min to 8~1500 r/min,more stable output power characteristics,less significant rotational speed fluctuation,lathe processing capacity is significantly improved,the average pass rate of the products was 98.8%,stable and reliable product quality during the long time operation.The lateral control accuracy reaches 0.005mm,main motion realizes automatic speed control,improved production efficiency.
