Research and Application of Automatic Monitoring Technology for Underground Power Supply in Coal Mines
As an important production guarantee for coal mines,the underground power supply system,due to its low level of power supply network automation and monitoring,backward protection configuration and other problems,leads to the frequent occurrence of short-circuit and overstep trip accidents,which seriously affects the production and benefits of coal mines.An automated power supply monitoring technology is adopted to transform the traditional underground coal mine power supply monitoring system,and a coal mine underground power supply automation monitoring program based on distributed monitoring structure and dedicated anti-overrun trip communication network is proposed.The system adopts distributed power measurement and control substation as the functional carrier,integrates various intelligent sensing devices,and realizes real-time monitoring of high-voltage switches and other equipments in underground power supply stations.At the same time,it installs anti-degradation intelligent synthesizer in each underground substation,and builds anti-degradation protection subsystem by combining with anti-degradation special communication ring network,which effectively improves the reliability and accuracy of system protection and eliminates the protection dead zone.After practical application,the system can effectively recognize and quickly and reliably remove faults,and the accuracy and sensitivity of the protection action is significantly improved,which is of practical significance for improving the safety and reliability of coal mine power supply and the level of unattended operation.
