深部高应力软岩巷道围岩控制技术应用研究

针对聚德矿80113工作面大埋深回采巷道严重变形破坏问题,通过围岩钻孔观测,发现巷道顶板离层裂隙发育范围为5.0 m.利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,确定合理注浆锚索长度为7.0 m,锚索预紧力应在250 kN至350 kN之间,并设计了补强支护方案.现场应用显示,采用优化支护参数后,巷道整体变形量得到有效控制,满足矿井安全高效生产需求.
Research on Application of Controlling Technology for Surrounding Rocks in Deep High-Stress Soft Rock Roadway
For severe deformation and damage of deep roadway of 80113 working face in Jude Mine,we find the roof of roadway is 5.0 m away from the seam fracture development range through drilling holes and observation on surrounding rocks.With the help of value simulation software FLAC3D,the article determines the reasonable length of the grouting anchor cable is 7.0m and the pretension force for the anchor cable is 250 kN to 350 kN.The enhance supporting plan is designed.The field application shows that with the refined supporting parameters the overall deformation of the roadway is under the control effectively,meeting the requirements from mines for safe and efficient production.
