Analysis of Measurement Uncertainty of Impact Energy of Hydraulic Rock Drill
To improve the accuracy of testing parameters for impact energy of a hydraulic rock drill,the article thoroughly analyzes the factors affecting the impact energy testing for a hydraulic rock drill in terms of repeated measurements,fluctuation of hydraulic pressures,errors of instruments,errors in testing and testing operators,taking into account the makeup and testing principles of the photoelectric displacement testing system.Using YYG-21/900 hydraulic rock drill as the testing sample,it determines the digital model for impact energy test,identifies the source of uncertainty during the testing and assess fractional standard uncertainty,combined uncertainty and expanded standard uncertainty,providing a proper way of correctly assessing the results of impact energy testing.
