Research and Application of Tunnel Boring Machine Test-bed Technology
In this paper,a testbed for tunnel drill is designed,based on the principle of motor.Through practice,the torque and speed accuracy meet the design requirements and solve the shortcomings of traditional test methods.At the same time,the gear shifting technology of gearbox is used for various types of tunnel drill test,The electrical system adopts a friendly interface and has the functions of curve drawing,printing reports,or curves.After actual testing,the testing device meets the testing requirements of the tunnel drilling rig.
