等离子熔覆技术在液压支架立柱修复中的应用研究

液压支架柱类零件传统电镀修复工艺存在污染严重、表面质量较差、寿命较短等问题.本文对液压支架柱类零件修复工艺进行研究,提出一种等离子熔覆表面改性修复工艺和技术.以煤矿液压支架立柱DW25-250/100单体液压支柱为研究对象,制备了Fe-Cr-Nb-Si-Mo合金涂层,分别采用电镀技术和等离子熔覆技术对表面进行处理,电镀工艺得到的立柱表面硬度为25~30 HRC,而等离子熔覆处理后的表面硬度值为60~75HRC.等离子熔覆技术表面硬度值高,耐磨性和耐腐蚀性能较好,延长了液压支架的使用寿命.研究结论可为提高液压支架立柱修复性能提供参考.
Application of Plasma Cladding Technology in Repair of Hydraulic Support Column
The hydraulic support column parts traditional electroplating repair process has serious pollution,poor surface quality,short life.This paper studies the hydraulic support column parts repair process,put forward a kind of plasma cladding surface modification repair process and technology.Fe-Cr-Nb-Si-Mo alloy coating is researched-studied,and the surface is treated by electroplating technology and plasma cladding technology respectively.The results show that the surface hardness of the column obtained by electroplating process is 25~30 HRC,while the surface hardness value of plasma cladding is 60~75 HRC,with high surface hardness value,good wear resistance and corrosion resistance,which extends the service life of the hydraulic support,and achieves satisfactory experimental results.The research conclusion can provide a reference for improving the repair performance of the hydraulic support column.
