深部高应力破碎围岩巷道支护技术研究及应用

三交河矿为解决-975m水平巷道围岩变形量大、稳定性差、支护难度大等问题,采用岩层钻孔窥测仪及实验室力学实验,对巷道顶板岩层岩性、结构及裂隙分布情况进行研究,提出在原有锚喷支护的基础上,二次支护采用高阻力全封闭多边形工钢支架对巷道进行支护.通过建立数值计算模型,对巷道使用新型工钢支架前后围岩塑性区大小分别进行模拟对比,确定该新型支架支护方式的合理性.同时进行现场工业性试验,结果表明,采用该新型支架支护后,巷道变形量基本控制在50 mm左右,在工程应用中取得了较好的技术经济效果,对同类巷道的支护设计具有一定的借鉴意义.
Research and Application of Supporting Stress Technology in Deep High Stress Broken Surrounding Rock Roadway
To solve problems such as large deformation of surrounding rocks,poor stability and difficulty in supporting in a 975 m horizontal roadway,Sanjiaohe Coal Mine conducts researches into the rock property of rock formation,structure and crack distributions in the roadway roof using the rock detecting instrument and laboratory mechanical experiments.Based on the original bolt-shotcrete support,the secondary support uses high resistance,fully-closed and polygonal steel brackets to support the roadway.And through the establishment of numerical model,plastic zone sizes of the surrounding rocks,before and after using the new steel brackets,are compared to determine the rationality of the support mode of new brackets.At the same time,results of site industrial test shows that after using the new support,the roadway deformation has been controlled in about 50 mm.And it achieves good technical and economic benefits in the engineering applications.The results have certain instructive meaning to support the design of the similar roadway.
