针对目前国产凿岩台车的技术水平偏低、可靠性较差,购买国外品牌成本高昂且供货周期长等问题,金川镍钴研究设计院开发设计了1DM4型单臂凿岩台车,通过CAN总线实现车身控制器VCU与底盘控制器TTC60、凿岩控制器TTC580,以及发动机控制器ECU之间的数据传输与交互通信,通过控制器内部程序进行数值运算、逻辑处理来控制相应的执行机构.该产品采用自动打孔技术、自动防卡钎等技术,凿岩效率高、路面适应性好,保证了凿岩台车能安全可靠地进行井下施工作业.
The Design of 1DM4 Single-arm Rock Drilling Jumbo
Aiming at the problems of low technical level and poor reliability of domestic rock drilling jumbo,high cost and long supply cycle of purchasing foreign brands,Jinchuan Nickel Cobalt Research & Design Institute developed and designed 1DM4 single-arm rock drilling jumbo. Through CAN bus,the data transmission and interactive communication be-tween the body controller VCU and the chassis controller TTC60,the rock drilling controller TTC580,and the engine control-ler ECU are realized. The corresponding actuator is controlled by numerical operation and logic processing through the internal program of the controller. This product adopts automatic drilling technology and automatic anti-sticking technology with high drilling efficiency and good road surface adaptability,which ensures that the rock drilling jumbo can carry out downhole con-struction safely and reliably.
