Research on the Application of Temporary Protective Device of CMM2-15 Hydraulic Bolt Drill Jumbo
The temporary support for tunnel driving face is the key procedure in the process of coal mine tunnel driving. At present,the CMM2-15 hydraulic bolt drill jumbo support system introduced by Wangpo Coal Mine only has the function of roof active protection,lacks the active protection of the head-on driving face,and has obvious protection shortcomings. In order to avoid the accident that the coal and rock pieces on the head-on side smashes the overturn plate of the drill jumbo and eliminate the safety hazards faced by the equipment and personnel,this paper develops a set of CMM2-15 hydraulic bolt drill jumbo head-on support system to realize the fully closed active protection of the roof and head-on side of the fully mecha-nized excavation face,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the efficiency of tunnel driving.
