The Development of Mine Winch Support and Fixing Device
Winch is widely used in many fields such as vehicle traction,hydraulic support withdrawal in underground coal mine shaft. At present,the winch is basically fixed with foundation bolts or "four compression columns and two side col-umns" method and operation process. For the winch operation scene that needs to be moved frequently,the traditional fixing method is time-consuming and laborious with poor safety. This paper develops a new type of winch support and fixing device,which adopts the overall frame support design and is convenient for installation and movement,improving the working effi-ciency and safety of the process of fully mechanized mining withdrawing hydraulic support,reducing the number of operators,reducing the labor intensity of operation,and meeting the requirements of underground coal mine shaft working conditions.
