针对传统矿井风门控制方式所存在的操作复杂性及稳定性不足的问题,文章以马兰矿18509工作面为工程实践背景,基于不干扰原有风门启动开关的前提下,对气路控制系统进行了升级改造.在此过程中,文章集成了风压监测、开关状态监测,以及故障报警系统,并引入了智能语音控制与传感器智能感应技术,通过设计一套就地逻辑控制系统,深入研究气动控制技术,开发了风门远程控制系统.该系统有效解决了传统风门操作不便的问题,提高了风门控制系统的性能、效率和稳定性,保证矿井的安全生产.
Research on Optimization Transformation of Mine Shaft Air Door Control System Based on PLC
In view of the problems of operation complexity and insufficient stability in the traditional mine shaft air door control mode,this paper takes the 18509 working face of Malan Mine as the engineering practice background to upgrade and transform the gas path control system based on the premise of not interfering with the original air door starting switch. In this process,it integrates wind pressure monitoring,switch state monitoring,and fault alarm systems,and introduces intelligent voice control and sensor intelligent sensing technology. By designing a set of in-situ logic control system and deeply studying pneumatic control technology,a remote control system for air doors is developed. The system effectively solves the problem of inconvenient operation of the traditional air door,improves the performance,efficiency and stability of the air door control system,and ensures the safe production of the mine shaft.
