斜滚道内环冷锻成形工艺研究

针对斜滚道内环采用制坯、一次成形的冷锻成形工艺,分析斜滚道内环成形工艺与模具设计,进行有限元模拟分析,其锻造压力最大为629 t,选用小松800 t锻压机,设计一次成形锻造模具,并开展成形模具设计及生产试验,成形变形量较小,采用球化退火后成形即可获得饱满的"V"形滚道,能够有效减少工序并提高产能.
Research on Cold Forging Forming Process of Inclined Raceway Inner Ring
Aiming at the inclined raceway inner ring,the cold forging forming process with base making and one-time forming is adopted,the forming process and die design of the inclined raceway inner ring are analyzed,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out. The maximum forging pressure is 629 t. Komatsu 800 t forging press is selected to design one-time forming forging die,and the forming die design and production test are carried out. The forming deformation is small,and the full "V" shaped raceway can be obtained by spheroidizing annealing,which can effectively reduce procedures and improve production capacity.
