Research and Application of Comprehensive Lubrication Management Technology for Offshore Oil
With regard to the management construction of the integrity of equipment and facilities in offshore oil,the equipment management level and intrinsic safety can be improved by carrying out predictive maintenance based on state mon-itoring. As far as large units are concerned,oil detection is one of the effective technical means for large key units to carry out state monitoring. Based on this,the offshore oil engineering project can form a comprehensive lubrication management tech-nology of conventional analysis technology+online monitoring+digital platform by establishing an oil detection laboratory and a comprehensive management system,thus providing effective support for the realization of integrated predictive mainte-nance services for offshore oil.
