快速掘进巷道支护及掘进工艺设计

巷道掘进不仅是煤矿开采的重要环节之一,也是安全回采的重要前提,对于煤矿效益具有显著影响.为了提高巷道的快速掘进效率及其安全性,文章以某煤矿的快速掘进巷道为例,分析影响快速掘进的三个因素;根据情况计算快速掘进巷道支护参数,设计支护方案,并采用FLAC 3D数值计算模拟,验证支护方案的可行性;结合快速掘进机组的整体特点,优化巷道快速掘进工艺,并调整锚杆、锚索安装情况与锚杆转载机滞后距离.通过验证可知,该设计提高了掘进速率,可为类似项目提供参考.
Roadway excavation is not only one of the important links of coal mining,but also an important prerequisite for safe mining,which has a significant influence on coal mine benefits.In order to improve the efficiency and safety of rapid excavation of roadway,this paper takes the rapid excavation roadway in a coal mine as an example to analyze three factors affecting rapid excavation;calculates the support parameters of the rapid excavation roadway according to the conditions,designs the support scheme,and adopts the FLAC 3D numerical simulation to verify the feasibility of the support scheme.Combined with the overall characteristics of the rapid excavation unit,the rapid excavation process of the roadway is optimized,and the installation of the bolt and anchor cable and the lag distance of the bolt transfer machine are adjusted.It can be seen from the verification that the design improves the excavation rate and can provide reference for similar projects.
