Objective To comprehensively evaluate the reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases in Zaozhuang City,and to improve the level of epidemic reporting.Methods The information on statutory infectious diseases reported by medical institutions in Zaozhuang City from 2017 to 2021 was collected and reviewed according to the National Plan for Management Quality and Status Investigation of Notifiable Infectious Diseases(2017).R 4.2.1 and SPSS 26.0 software were selected,and the Cochran-Armitage test and Fisher's exact test were used for data analysis.The test level was α=0.05.TOPSIS was used to evaluate the reporting quality of infectious diseases.Results From 2017 to 2021,the reporting rate,timeliness rate,completeness rate,accuracy rate,consistency rate and valid certificate integrity rate of statutory infectious diseases in Zaozhuang City were 98.43%,99.38%,95.74%,93.75%,93.50%and 94.90%,respectively,and the indicators showed an upward trend with time.The reporting quality of level Ⅰ medical institutions was better than those of level Ⅱ and Ⅲ medical institutions.The reporting quality of statutory infectious diseases varied from region to region,with Yicheng and Taierzhuang ranked first.The reporting quality of infectious diseases in different types of institutions was different.Whether the setting and filling of registration items were standardized,whether business training was carried out,whether there were assessment records,whether there were feedback records and other factors of medical institutions affected the reporting quality of infectious diseases.Conclusions The reporting quality of statutory infectious diseases in Zaozhuang City had generally improved over time,but some indicators were still below the provincial level.Policies against weak links should be implemented accurately next step,such as strengthening training,standardizing the reporting process,unblocking the feedback mechanism and strengthening assessment management,to improve the reporting quality of infectious diseases.
