Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of provincially medical institutions of Sichuan Province,so as to analyze the problems found in surveillance,to provide basis for further special monitoring and improve the quality of nosocomial infection management. Methods From 2018 to 2022,according to GB 15982-2012 Sanitary Standards for Nosocomial Disinfection, field sampling and labrotary detection method were used to test the indoor air, object surface, medical staff's hands, post disinfection endoscopes, and hospital sewage. The test results were sorted and analyzed through using SPSS 21.0 software.Chi-square test or fisher's exact test was used to compare the qualified rates, and the test level α=0.05.Results A total of 3 029 samples were collected from 2018 to 2022,of which 3 000 were qualified, with the overall qualified rate was 99.04%.The qualified rates in 2018,2019,2020,2021 and 2022 were 98.55%,99.08%,98.95%,99.08%and 100.00%,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference in the qualification rate among different years(x2=5.571,P=0.229).Among the different monitoring items, the qualified rate of indoor air was 99.61%,object surface was 99.80%,hospital sewage was 94.96%,medical staff's hands was 98.75%,medical staffs surgical hands was 99.71%,post disinfection endoscopes was 95.24%and autoclaves was 98.81%,The difference between the test items was considered statistically significant(Fisher's exact test P<0.001).Conclusions The disinfecting effects of provincially medical institutions are generally well in Sichuan, but the qualified rate of some indicators is still low.In the future, the hospital sewage, medical staffs hand,post-disinfection endoscope should continue to further special monitoring, and constantly improve the quality of disinfection.
