摘要

目的 建立血液中低含量1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷的顶空热脱附-气相色谱质谱联用检测方法,为四氯乙烷中毒案件的鉴定和抢救治疗提供可靠依据.方法 血液样品于顶空瓶中60℃保持50min,将样品中逸出的挥发性组分连续转移至冷阱富集浓缩,再经热脱附解吸至气相色谱质谱仪测定.结果1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷在0.04~4.00 μg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R2)>0.999;0.1 µg/L血液空白加标样品的加标回收率为89.7%,且精密度良好(5.6%).结论 该方法灵敏度高、操作简单且结果稳定性好,可用于血液中四氯乙烷的定性定量分析.

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination of 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane in blood for low levels by headspace thermal desorption with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and to provide reliable support for the identification and rescue treatment of poisoning cases caused by tetrachloroethane.Methods The blood samples were kept in a headspace bottle at 60 ℃ for 50 minutes,and the volatile components escaping from the samples were continuously transferred to the cold trap for enrichment and concentration,and then determined by gas chromatography and mass spectrometer after thermal desorption.Results 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.04-4.00 μg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient(R2)>0.999.The recovery rate of 0.1μg/L blood blank labeled samples was 89.7%,and the precision was good(5.6%).Conclusions The method had high sensitivity,simple operation and good stability.It can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of tetrachloroethane in blood.
