Objective To investigate the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Changping District of Beijing,and to provide evidence for improving the disinfection quality of medical institutions and nosocomial infection control.Methods About 647 medical institutions in Changping District of Beijing were selected for continuous monitoring.The sampling and detection methods were based on relevant standards such as Disinfection Technical Specifications and Hygienic Standards for Hospital Disinfection.SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis,and the difference of pass rate was compared by Chi-square test.The difference P＜0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results A total of 5 497 samples were collected and monitored in medical institution in Changping district of Beijing during 2018 to 2022,among them,5 466 samples were qualified,with a total pass rate of 99.44％.The lowest pass rate was 98.75％in 2020,and the highest was 99.91％in 2018 and 2022.The difference was statistically significant(x2=20.269,P＜0.001).In the monitoring items,the qualified rate of pressure sterilization pot and sewage was the highest,all were 100.00％;The indoor air qualified rate was 97.63％,and there was significant difference among different monitoring items(x2=38.265,P＜0.001).The difference of qualified rate of different medical institutions was statistically significant(x2=9.772,P=0.017),the lower the level of medical institutions,the lower the pass rate(x2Trend=8.704,P=0.003).Conclusions From 2018 to 2022,the overall pass rate of disinfection quality in medical institutions in Changping District of Beijing is relatively high,but the disinfection quality of medical workers'hands and indoor air still need to be improved,especially the disinfection quality monitoring and guidance of medical institutions at grade 1 and below should be strengthened.
