南充市高坪区2011-2022年50岁及以上人群艾滋病特征分析
Analysis on the characteristics of HIV/AIDS among people aged 50 years old and above in Gaoping District of Nanchong City from 2011 to 2022

摘要
目的 了解南充市高坪区2011-2022年50岁及以上人群艾滋病流行现状,为制定当地的艾滋病防治措施提供政策依据.方法 通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统中的艾滋病防治基本信息系统收集2011年1月1日至2022年12月31日南充市高坪区50岁及以上的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人(HIV/AIDS)的病例资料,利用Excel 2003软件进行数据整理、SPSS 27.0软件进行描述性统计学分析.构成比/率的比较采用卡方检验/趋势卡方检验,以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 2011-2022年南充市高坪区共报告50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例341例,占病例报告总数的59.42％;50岁及以上病例报告占比呈逐年上升的趋势(x2趋势=68.087,P＜0.001);高坪区19乡镇(街道)均有50岁及以上病例报告;性别以男性为主,男女比为3.26∶1;50岁及以上病例报告时平均年龄(62.52±8.70)岁,其中50～59岁年龄组占44.87％;文化程度以小学最多(63.93％);婚姻状况以离异或丧偶为主,占61.58％;职业分布以农民为主,占74.19％.传播途径以异性性传播为主(98.53％).样本来源以医疗机构被动检测发现为主,占84.46％.结论 2011-2022年南充市高坪区50岁及以上HIV/AIDS病例占当年报告病例数构成比逐年增加,50岁及以上人群艾滋病防控形势严峻,应采取适宜的健康教育、干预、监测检测措施,有效遏制艾滋病在该人群中的蔓延态势.
Abstract
Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS(human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome)epidemic situation among the elderly aged 50 years and above in Gaoping District of Nanchong City from 2011 to 2022,and to provide policy basis for the formulation of local prevention and control strategies and measures.Methods Case data of HIV/AIDS patients aged 50 years and above in Gaoping District from January 1,2011 to December 31,2022 were collected from the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Information System of China's Disease Prevention and Control Information System.The data were sorted by EXCEL 2003 and SPSS 27.0 was used for statistical analysis.The constituent ratios/rates were compared by Chi-square test or trend Chi-square test.P＜0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results From 2011 to 2022,a total of 341 HIV/AIDS cases aged 50 years and above were reported in Gaoping District,accounting for 59.42％of the total number of reported cases.The proportion of reported cases aged 50 years and above showed an increasing trend year by year(x2trend=68.087,P＜0.001).Cases aged 50 years and above were reported in all of the 19 townships/subdistricts in Gaoping District.Most of the cases were male,with a male-to-female ratio of 3.26∶1.The average age of cases aged 50 years and above at the time of reporting was(62.52±8.70)years.Among them,44.87％were between 50 and 59 years old.Most of them had a educational background of primary school,accounting for 63.93％,and 61.58％were divorced or widowed.The occupation distribution was mainly farmers,accounting for 74.19％.Heterosexual transmission was the main route of transmission,accounting for 98.53％.The main source of samples was passive detection in medical institutions,accounting for 84.46％.Conclusions In Gaoping District,HIV/AIDS cases at the age of 50 years and above accounted for an increasing proportion of reported cases year by year,and the HIV/AIDS prevention and control situation in the population was severe.Appropriate health education,intervention,monitoring and testing measures should be taken to effectively curb the spread of HIV/AIDS in the population aged of 50 years and above.
