摘要
目的 通过对成年健康人群血红蛋白检测结果分析,探讨理县健康人群血红蛋白水平,为当地改进贫血病和慢性病防控措施提供依据.方法 2020年1月至2023年12月对理县人民医院参加健康体检的成年人采集空腹静脉血,用血细胞分析仪开展血红蛋白检测,使用SPSS 21.0软件对结果进行统计分析,以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 2020-2023年参加健康体检的成年人共计10915人,其中男性5744人,女性5 171人.男性血红蛋白中位数为164.00(157.00,171.00)g/L,女性中位数为139.00(130.00,147.00)g/L,男女血红蛋白分布差异有统计学意义(Z=76.18,P＜0.001),不同年龄组的男性与女性血红蛋白值差异均有统计学意义(P均＜0.05),各年龄组间比较均是男性高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05).男性95％的体检人群血红蛋白值介于139～187g/L,女性介于103～159 g/L,使用该参考区间与国标评价2020-2023年体检人群血红蛋白值正常范围人群情况,男女正常人群构成比差异均有统计学意义(x2值分别为528.04、160.92,P均＜0.001).结论 理县成年男性血红蛋白正常值应为139～187g/L,女性为103～159g/L.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the hemoglobin test results of healthy adults and discuss the hemoglobin level of healthy people in Li County,and to provide basis for the improvement of the prevention and control measures of anemia and chronic diseases in local areas.Methods Fasting venous blood samples were collected from adults who took a physical examination in Li County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023.Blood cell analyzer was used for hemoglobin detection.The statistical analysis of the results was conducted by SPSS 21.0 software.The difference was statistically significant when P＜0.05.Results A total of 10 915 adults attended the physical examination,including 5 744 males and 5 171 females from 2020 to 2023.The median number of hemoglobin was 164.00(157.00,171.00)g/L in males,and 139.00(130.00,147.00)g/L in females.Hemoglobin values between males and females were significant different(Z=76.18,P＜0.001).Significant statistical differences were observed in hemoglobin value across differences age groups,both for males and females(all P＜0.05).Among all age groups,men had higher hemoglobin values than women,and the differences were statistically significant(all P＜0.05).The hemoglobin values of 95％of the physical examination population ranged from 139-187 g/L for males and 103-159 g/L for females.There were statistically significant differences in the proportions of men and women with normal hemoglobin values in the population evaluated from 2020 to 2023,when comparing this reference with the national standard(x2=528.04 and 160.92,respectively,all P＜0.001).Conclusions The normal hemoglobin value of adult males in Li County should be 139-187g/L,and that of females should be 103-159g/L.
