Analysis on the characteristics of tuberculosis in Pengze County from 2019 to 2023
Objectect To analyze the characteristics of lung tuberculosis epidemic in Pengze County of Jiangxi province from 2019 to 2023,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis.Methods The data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Pengze County from 2019 to 2023 and regional population data were collected from the tuberculosis management information system of the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System.The incidence of average annual report was calculated,and Excel 2010 and SPSS 22.0 software were used to conduct statistical analysis.The counting data was showed as[n(％)]and x2 tests were used to test the to test the differences.The test level was α=0.05.Results From 2019 to 2023,a total of 1000 cases of tuberculosis were reported in Pengze County,and etiology positive was accounted for 56.9％.The annual reporting incidence rate was 69.81/105、62.22/105、75.85/105、54.89/105、53.03/105.The average annual reporting incidence rate was 63.50/105.From 2019 to 2023,the incidence of tuberculosis reported in Pengze County was declining(x2trend=7.648,P=0.006).There were cases reported every month from 2019 to 2023,and the peak was from March to May.All towns had cases reported,and the most reported was Longcheng town(17.00％).The annual reported incidence for men and women were 90.29/105 and 35.55/105,respectively,with the difference statistically significant(x2=196.493,P＜0.001).The 65 years old group had reported the highest number of cases,accounting for 14.00％,and the patients were mainly farmers.Conciusions From 2019 to 2023,the incidence of tuberculosis reports in Pengze County of Jiangxi Province wes declining,indicated significant effect of prevention and control.It should focus on key groups such as elderly people,farmers,students and medical staff to improve the scope and quality of active screening.
