摘要
鼻鼽是指以突然和反复发作的鼻痒、喷嚏、流清涕、鼻塞为主要特征的鼻病，相当于现代医学的变应性鼻炎，临床治疗大多从肺、脾、肾三脏入手。贾德蓉教授临证，认为鼻鼽亦可从肝辨治，尤其女性患者。临证应分阶段辨证治疗，重视询问女性经带，注重健脾益气调体质，强调局部与整体结合，善用养血暖肝、温经散寒、通窍止涕、补肝养血法，重视后期调护，临床疗效佳。
Abstract
Allergic rhinitis (AR) refers to a sudden and recurrent nasal itching ,sneezing ,flow stuff and nasal congestion which is a prominent feature of nasal disease ,equivalent to the allergic rhinitis of modern medicine .Clinical treatment is mostly from the perspective of the lung ,spleen and kidney .Professor Jia Derong thought the AR can be treated from liver ,especially of women .We should treat it in different stages ,invigorate spleen and supplement qi ,based on syndrome differentiation in a overall and attach great importance to ask the woman menstruation and leucorrhea .The treatment focuses on nourishing blood , warming liver ,warming meridians ,getting rid of cold ,checking stuff ,and nourishing the liver .,paying attention to the late aftercare ,which having achieved the significant efficacy on the AR .
