摘要
鼻渊是以鼻流浊涕、量多不止、迁延难愈为特点的耳鼻喉科常见疾病,严重影响患者生活质量.团队基于前期临床诊疗实践,在系统梳理鼻渊的症状特点、发病机制、用药特征的基础上,以"浊邪害清"理论为切入点,认为正气不足、鼻窍受浊为鼻渊发生的始动因素,水液不运、积液成浊为鼻渊发生的病理关键,进而总结以扶正祛浊、宣肺黜浊、升清降浊、温肾化浊为核心的诊疗策略,冀期为鼻渊的中医临床实践提供新思路.
Abstract
Rhinosinusitis is a common disease in otolaryngology characterized by nasal discharge,excessive quanti-ty,and difficult to heal,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Based on early clinical diagnosis and treat-ment practices,the team systematically reviewed the symptoms,pathogenesis,and medication characteristics of Rhinosi-nusitis,and used the"Turbid Pathogen Affecting Clearness"theory as the starting point.They believed that deficiency of vital qi leads to Turbidity invades the nasal cavity were the initiating factors for the occurrence of Rhinosinusitis,and that fluid stagnation leads to accumulation of turbid fluids were the pathological key factors for the occurrence of Rhinosinus-itis.They then summarized the diagnosis and treatment strategies with the core of strengthening the vital qi and removing turbid,promoting lung and eliminating turbid,ascending and descending turbid,and warming the kidney and resolving turbid,To provide new ideas for the clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Rhinosinusitis.
