摘要
目的 观察揿针对眼压控制后青光眼患者视功能的影响.方法 采用前瞻性、多中心、随机对照临床研究,从各中心选取192例眼压控制后青光眼患者,随机分为揿针组及安慰针组,分别予以揿针、安慰针治疗.比较治疗前、治疗后2月及4月BCVA、眼压、MD、MS、RNFL.结果 治疗前两组间BCVA、眼压、MD与MS、RNFL无差异(P＞0.05).治疗后2月及4月,安慰针组BCVA较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),揿针组BCVA却未下降(P＞0.05).治疗后2月及4月,两组眼压无变化(P＞0.05).治疗后4月,安慰针组MS、MD较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05),揿针组却未下降(P＞0.05).治疗后4月,安慰针组RNFL较治疗前下降(P＜0.05),而揿针组RNFL却较治疗前无差异(P＞0.05),且揿针组RNFL明显高于安慰针组(P＜0.05).结论 揿针可延缓眼压控制后青光眼患者视力下降及视网膜纤维层变 薄,以改善眼压控制后青光眼患者视功能.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of press-needle on visual function in glaucoma patients after intraocular pressure control.Methods A prospective,multicentre,randomised controlled clinical study was conducted on 192 glau-coma patients after IOP control,recruited from each centre,all the patients were randomly divided into the press-needle group and placebo-needle group.The press-needle group was treated with press-needle acupuncture,and the placebo-nee-dle group with placebo-needle acupuncture.The best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),intraocular pressure(IOP),visual field(mean defect(MD),mean sensitivity(MS)),and mean retinal fibre layer(RNFL)thickness were compared be-tween the two groups before treatment,at 2 months after treatment,and at 4 months after treatment.Results There were no statistically differences in BCVA,IOP,MD,MS and RNFL between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).At 2 and 4 months after treatment,BCVA in the placebo group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P＜0.05),the BCVA of the press-needle group did not decline(P＞0.05).At 2 and 4 months after treatment,there was no difference in IOP between the two group(P＞0.05).At 4 months after treatment,MS and MD in the placebo-needle group decreased significantly compared with the pre-treatment period(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the press-needle group compared with the pre-treatment period(P＞0.05).At 4 months after treatment,the RNFL in the placebo needle group decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05),while there was no significant difference in the press-needle group compared with that before treatment(P＞0.05),and the RNFL in the press-needle group was significantly greater than that in the placebo-needle group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Press-nee-dle can delay visual acuity loss and retinal fibre layer thinning in patients with glaucoma after IOP control,to improve vis-ual function in patients with glaucoma after IOP control.
