摘要
目的 探究8～10岁儿童使用角膜塑形镜(Ortho-k)和周边离焦软镜(DISCs)对近视防控效果比较.方法 前瞻性非随机临床对照研究.将儿童分为Ortho-k组和DISCs组,观察其在近视防控方面的效果.观察两组患者的等效球镜(SE)及眼轴(AL)变化特点.结果 6月随访:两组的平均SE分别为(-3.30±1.27)D、(-3.09±1.31)D,平均 AL 分别为(24.83±0.89)mm、(24.75±0.94)mm.1 年随访:两组的平均 SE 分别为(-3.49±1.24)D、(-3.32± 1.29)D,平均AL分别为(24.96±0.88)mm、(24.92±0.92)mm.随访中:两组的SE和AL均有所增加,但差异无统计学意义.结论 本研究发现两种近视矫正方式在近视防控中具有相似疗效.
Abstract
Objective The objective of this study was to compare the efficacy of orthokeratology lenses(Ortho-k)and Defocus Incorporated Soft Contact lens(DISCs)in the management and prevention of myopia in children aged 8-10.Methods A prospective non-randomized controlled study was conducted to evaluate the impact of these two interven-tions on myopia control.The participants were divided into two groups:the Ortho-k group and the DISCs group.Changes in spherical equivalent(SE)and axial length(AL)were measured and compared between the two groups.Results At the 6-month follow-up,the average SE in the Ortho-k group was(-3.30±1.27)D,with a mean AL of(24.83±0.89)mm.In the DISCs group,the average SE was(-3.09±1.31)D,with a mean AL of(24.75±0.94)mm.At the 1-year follow-up,the average SE in the Ortho-k group was(-3.49±1.24)D,with a mean AL of(24.96±0.88)mm.In the DISCs group,the average SE was(-3.32±1.29)D,with a mean AL of(24.92±0.92)mm.Both groups experienced an in-crease in SE and AL over the course of the follow-up period;however,these differences were not statistically signifi-cant.Conclusion This study demonstrates that both Ortho-k andDISCs have similar efficacy in managing and preventing myopia in children.
