Objective To investigate the clinical features and therapeutic effects of viral keratitis and viral conjuncti-vitis after 2019-nCoV infection.Methods 48 patients with viral keratitis and 15 patients with viral conjunctivitis after 2019-nCoV infection were collected,and their clinical characteristics and therapeutic effects were analyzed and summa-rized.Results Viral keratitis can be characterized by dendritic,punctate,map and discoid changes,most of which are epi-thelial lesions.After 7～14 days of drug treatment,47 cases were cured,and 1 case was cured after amniotic membrane transplantation.Viral conjunctivitis has mild symptoms and signs,and no pseudomembrane is found in eyelid conjunctiva.It is basically cured after 2～7 days of drug treatment.Conclusion Viral keratitis and viral conjunctivitis suffered after COVID-19 are mainly mild and cured well after drug treatment.
