A study on the superficies-interior relationship between lung and large intestine based on the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion in the intervention of allergic rhinitis-related intestinal flora
Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a non-infectious chronic inflammatory disease.Its incidence is increasing year by year in my country and has become a disease of global concern.There are a large number of flora in the intestinal tract of the body to maintain the stability of intestinal immunity.When the intestinal flora is imbalanced,it can easily induce va-rious inflammatory diseases including AR.This article is based on the relevant theory of"Superficies-Interior Relationship between Lung and Large Intestine",studies the mechanism of lung-nose-intestine according to the relationship of"lung-in-testinal axis",and summarises the research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in intervening the AR-related intesti-nal flora and the body's immune defence mechanism,with a view to providing new basis and ideas for acupuncture treat-ment of AR.
