摘要
玄府作为机体的微观结构具有流通气液、渗灌血脉、运转神机的功能,若玄府郁闭致气、血、津、液的升降出入障碍、水液不布是梅尼埃病发病的关键.水通道蛋白是一种小分子跨膜运输蛋白,在内耳不同组织中表达,其为内耳病理组织状态:膜迷路积水的重要原因.文章从论述玄府与水通道蛋白功能及结构的相似性探讨梅尼埃病的病因病机.为进一步认识玄府理论和在梅尼埃病中的应用提供理论依据.
Abstract
As the microscopic structure of the body,Xuanfu has the function of circulation of gas and liquid,infil-tration of blood,and operation of the spirit machine.If the stagnation of Xuanfu causes the obstruction of the rise and fall of qi,blood,fluid and liquid,and the disdistribution of water and liquid,it is the key to the occurrence of Meniere's dis-ease.Aquaporin is a small molecule transmembrane transport protein,which is expressed in different tissues of the inner ear and is an important reason for the histopathologic state of the inner ear:hydrops of the membranous labyrinth.This ar-ticle discusses the similarities between the functions and structures of Xuanfu and aquaporins to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of Meniere's disease.It provides a theoretical basis for further understanding of Xuanfu theory and its appli-cation in Meniere's disease.
