中药热熏联合消旋山莨菪碱防控儿童轻度近视的疗效观察

摘要
目的 观察中药薰眼热敷联合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液防控儿童轻度近视的疗效.方法 选取2023年01月-2023年06月就诊于内江市中医院眼科的78名近视儿童(78眼,只取右眼),随机分为单纯配镜组(配镜)、山莨菪碱组(配镜+复方消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液)和热熏联合组(配镜+复方消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液+中药熏眼热敷)3组,每组各26眼.比较三组患者的等效球镜度、眼轴长度及不良反应.结果 山莨菪碱组和热熏联合组治疗前后的等效球镜度、眼轴长度的增长差值均低于单纯配镜组(P＜0.05),且热熏联合组治疗前后的增长差值小于山莨菪碱组(P＜0.05).结论 中药热熏配合消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液对儿童轻度近视的防控具有相辅相成的作用,能有效缓解缓解患儿视疲劳的症状,进而延缓近视的进展,值得推行.
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine combined with racanisodamine in preventing and controlling mild myopia in children.Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,78 children with myopia(78 eyes,right eye only)who attended the ophthalmology clinic of Neijiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into 3 groups,glasses,glasses+racanisodamine and glasses+racanisodamine+fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine,26 eyes in each group.To compare the spherical equivalent(SE),axial length(AL)and adverse effects in the three groups of patients.Results The difference in growth of SE and AL be-fore and after treatment was lower in both the racanisodamine and fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine com-bination groups than in the simple glasses group(P＜0.05),and the difference in growth before and after treatment was smaller in the fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine combination group than in the racanisodamine group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine with racanisodamine has a com-plementary effect on the prevention and control of mild myopia in children,effectively relieving the symptoms of visual fa-tigue and slowing down the progression of myopia.
