摘要
目的 总结双眼视功能异常的临床特征及其在儿童眨眼中漏诊误诊的原因.方法 分析本院2022年1月至2022年12月期间以"眨眼"为主诉的326例儿童患者中诊断为双眼视功能异常的临床资料.年龄为:2～14岁,男性215例,女性111例,男女比例为2∶1,病程1周至6年.结果 最终诊断为双眼视功能异常为31例,占"眨眼"患儿的9.51％,男女比例为:4∶1.结论 双眼视功能异常是异常眨眼的常见的主要原因之一,可合并眼部器质性病变,漏诊的主要原因是其与眼部器质性病变同时存在,误诊的原因主要是眼科医生对此病的认识不足.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical features of binocular visual dysfunction and the causes of missed di-agnosis and misdiagnosis in the blinking of children.Methods Analysis of 326 patients wih"Blinking"is the chief com-plain in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 on Clinical data diagnosed as binocular visual dysfunction.Age:2-14 years,215 men,111 women,the ratio of male to female is:2∶1,the duration of the disease from 1 week to 6 years.Results 31 cases were diagnosed with binocular visual dysfunction,accounting for 9.51％of the children with"Blinking".The ratio of men to women:4∶1.Conclusion Binocular dysfunction is one of the main causes of abnormal blinking,Missed diagnosis often occurs when organic diseases accompany ocular abnormalities.The main reason for misdiagnosis is that the ophthalmologists have insufficient understanding of the disease.
