摘要
目的 基于VOSviewe和CiteSpace分析年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)的研究现状、热点及趋势.方法 检索中国知网建库至2023年收录的AMD相关文献,VOSviewer绘制作者合作网络、关键词共现图谱;CiteSpace绘制机构合作网络,关键词聚类、突现图谱.结果 共纳入文献953篇,涉及2254位作者及483所机构.年度发文量总体呈增长趋势,部分作者形成了有规模的类团.关键词高频词为AMD、湿性AMD、雷珠单抗、康柏西普、脉络膜新生血管(前5).结论 该领域的研究热点主要集中在玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗湿性AMD的临床疗效观察上,研究趋势逐渐转向AMD发病机制的实验研究以及中西医治疗AMD的机制研究.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)based on VOSviewe and CiteSpace.Methods Retrieve AMD-related literature included in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure from its establishment to 2023,VOSviewer plots author collaboration networks,keyword co-occurrence mapping;CiteSpace plots institutional collaboration networks,keyword clustering,and emergence mapping.Results A total of 953 papers were included,involving 2254 authors and 483 institutions.The annual number of publica-tions showed an overall increasing trend,and some authors formed sizable class groups.The high-frequency keywords were AMD,wet AMD,ranibizumab,compazine,and choroidal neovascularization(top 5).Conclusion The research hotspot in this field mainly focuses on the observation of the clinical efficacy of vitreous cavity injection of anti-VEGF drugs in the treatment of wet AMD,and the research trend is gradually shifting to the experimental study of the pathogen-esis of AMD as well as the mechanism of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of AMD.
