《普济方·针灸门》目病选穴规律探析

摘要
目的 统计《普济方·针灸门》治疗目病的针灸选穴,分析其规律,以期为临床运用针灸治疗目病提供参考.方法 将《普济方·针灸门》中所载治疗目病的选穴处方作为研究对象,整理其处方选穴数目、常用穴位、穴位分布、穴位归经及特定穴,用描述性统计方法进行频次分析.结果 纳入针灸处方共181个,穴位105个,累计用穴共314次.其中单穴处方最多,频次高达129次,频率为71.3％;使用频次前十的穴位依次为肝俞、前谷、风池、昆仑、天柱、承泣、睛明、攒竹、目窗、上星;足太阳膀胱经使用频次最多,其穴位频次为87次,占总频次的27.7％;头面部共使用41个穴位,频次达153次,频率为48.7％;105个穴位中,有78个特定穴,频率为77.9％,其中交会穴的使用频次102次为最多,频率为30.1％.结论 《普济方·针灸门》治疗目病,用穴少且精;多选阳经腧穴并以膀胱经为要;以循经选穴与近部选穴为主;多使用特定穴.
Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the selection of acupuncture points and their prescriptions for the treatment of ophthalmopathy in the book"Pu Ji Fang:Acupuncture and Moxibustion"in order to provide a reference for the selection of acupuncture points for the treatment of ophthalmopathy in clinical acupuncture and moxibustion practice.Methods The acupuncture points and prescriptions for ophthalmic diseases contained in the book"Pu Ji Fang:Acu-puncture and Moxibustion"were studied,and the number of acupuncture points,commonly used acupuncture points,dis-tribution of acupuncture points,and application of specific acupuncture points were summarized.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical methods with frequency analysis.Results A total of 181 acupuncture prescriptions and 105 acu-puncture points were included,and the cumulative frequency of acupuncture points used was 314.The number of acupunc-ture points selected was 1,and the frequency was as high as 129 times,with a frequency of 71.3％;the top ten acupunc-ture points were Liver Yu,Anguo,Fengchi,Kunlun,Tianzhu,Chengjing,Eyesight,Zanzhu,Meibou,and Shangxing;the meridian with the highest frequency was the foot solar bladder meridian;and the frequency of the acupuncture points was 87 times,accounting for 27.7％of the total frequency of the acupuncture points;among the 105 points for treating eye diseases,78 points were specific points,with a frequency of 77.9％,among which the rendezvous point was the most frequently used,with a frequency of 102 times and a frequency of 30.1％.Conclusion In the treatment of ophthalmopa-thy in"PuJi Fang:Acupuncture and Moxibustion",fewer but more precise acupuncture points were used;most of them were taken from the yang meridian;most of them were selected from the bladder meridian;localized and meridian-based selection of acupuncture points was the main focus;and most of them were used as specific acupuncture points.
