摘要
颈动脉海绵窦瘘通常以眼部症状为首发临床表现,由于其表型多变,患者常被误诊为其他眼部疾病,极易漏诊误诊,导致治疗延误,因此我们通过对颈动脉海绵窦瘘进行文献综述,有助于了解颈动脉海绵窦瘘的眼部特征、分类诊断、可能的治疗模式和预期结果.
Abstract
Carotid cavernous fistula usually presents with ocular symptoms as the first clinical manifestation.Due to its variable phenotype,patients are often misdiagnosed as other ocular diseases which can lead to missed diagnosis and delayed treatment.Therefore,we reviewed the literature on carotid cavernous fistula to help understand the ocular charac-teristics,classification diagnosis,possible treatment mode and expected outcome of carotid cavernous fistula.
