古今辨证论治老年性聋探究

摘要
本文重点总结对老年性聋的古代辨证论治记载,以及现代中医治疗老年性聋的经验,次要说明其病名溯源,病因病机等.肾开窍于耳,因此古代医家多从肾脏辩证论治老年性聋,亦有医家补充其病因可为气滞血瘀、脾失运化.治疗老年性聋最主要的原则为补肾健脾,行气活血,治疗方法以辨证内服汤药为主,可兼用针灸、保健按摩等外治法辅助治疗.
Abstract
This paper focuses on summarizing the ancient records of the syndrome differentiation and treatment of presbycusis,and the experience of modern traditional Chinese medicine in treating presbycusis,mainly explaining the name origin,etiology and pathogenesis,etc.The kidney is opened in the ear,so the ancient doctors from the kidney dialectical treatment of presbycusis,there are also doctors to supplement its etiology can be qi stagnation and blood stasis,spleen lost transport.The most important principles for the treatment of presbycusis are tonifying the kidney and spleen,invig-orating qi and promoting blood circulation.The treatment method is mainly syndrome differentiation,which can be assis-ted by acupuncture,keep fit massage and other external treatments.
