摘要
Adie瞳孔是一种以单侧瞳孔散大,无法收缩为特征的眼科疾患,双侧发病临床较为罕见,发病原因为特发性的居多,尚无有效治疗方法,部分患者症状不典型或临床医师对该病认识不够充分,容易漏诊及误诊.现将就诊于我院的双侧Adie瞳孔 1例报道如下.
Abstract
Adie's pupil is an ophthalmic disease characterized by unilateral mydriasis.Bilateral onset is rare in clin-ics.Most of the causes are idiopathic,and there is no effective treatment.Some patients have atypical symptoms or clini-cians have insufficient understanding of the disease,which makes it easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis.A case of bi-lateral Adie's pupil in our hospital is reported.
