摘要
视网膜劈裂是视网膜神经上皮层的层间分离,主要分先天性和获得性两种.临床上视网膜劈裂合并青光眼的报道较少,两种疾病之间是否存在因果关系尚无确切研究.现报道一例色素性青光眼合并视网膜劈裂患者,旨在为进一步研究两种疾病之间的关联提供线索.
Abstract
Retinoschisis is an interlayer separation of the retinal neuroepithelial layer,mainly divided into congenital and acquired types.There are few reports of retinoschisis combined with glaucoma in clinical practice,and there is no de-finitive study on the causal relationship between the two diseases.We report a case of pigmentary glaucoma combined with retinoschisis,aiming to provide clues for further research on the relationship between the two diseases.
