摘要
RK手术传入我国治疗屈光不正已有40年,当年接受RK手术的患者已经到达白内障高发年龄阶段,这类病人近年去医院寻求白内障的手术治疗的数量会逐渐增加,现将我科运用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视RK术后合并白内障的手术过程中发生角膜伤口裂开1例的围手术期管理报告如下.
Abstract
RK surgery has been practiced in China for the treatment of refractive errors for 40 years.The patients who underwent RK surgery in the past have now reached the age group with a higher incidence of cataracts..Over time,the number of these patients seeking cataract surgery in hospitals has gradually increased.This report presents the periop-erative management of a case involving corneal wound dehiscence during the surgical procedure for treating cataracts com-bined with post-RK surgery for high myopia,We utilized phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our de-partment.
