知行合一理念下的多模融合教学在中医耳鼻喉课程中的应用与探讨

摘要
目的 基于"知行合一"的教育理念,构建多模融合教学体系,并探究它在中医耳鼻喉科课程中的应用效果.方法 课前开展线上视频预习,建立不同学习小组并总结疑难点;课堂互助答疑,发布病例讨论,分配学习小组,并由代表总结汇报;课后布置学习任务并进行线上解疑,安排临床见习与实践;思政教育贯穿始终.结果 多模融合教学组在平时成绩、期中成绩、期末成绩以及总评成绩方面均优于传统教学组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于"知行合一"理念下的多模融合教学符合当下医学教育的新要求,强调立德育人的同时,注重临床实践教学,鼓励学生积极学习思考,并逐步形成临床思维,提高实践操作能力.该体系强调知行并进,直面教学不足,有效提高了耳鼻喉科学的课堂教学质量.
Abstract
Objective To establish a multi-modal integrated teaching system,and explore its effectiveness based on the educational concept of"integration of knowledge and action"in TCM otolaryngology courses.Methods Knowledge was carried out online video and students were set up different learning groups to summarize difficult points before class;in class,teachers answered questions with mutual help,then published case discussions that reported and summarized by group representatives;after class,we arranged clinical teaching clerkship,assigned learning homework and answered questions online;ideological and political education run throughout.Results The multi-mode integrated teaching group was better than the traditional teaching group in terms of usual performance,mid-term grade,final grade and overall eval-uation score,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of"knowledge and action",the multi-modal integrated teaching system meets the new requirements of current medical education,emphasizes moral educa-tion,pays attention to clinical practice teaching,encourages students to learn and think actively,and forms clinical think-ing gradually,improves practical operation ability.This system also focus on knowledge and action are on the same line,and faces teaching pain points,which greatly improves the teaching quality of ENT classroom.
