改良Peyton四步教学法在眼科中医护理操作临床教学中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨改良Peyton四步教学法在眼科中医护理操作临床教学中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年8月至2023年12月在我院眼科门诊实习的64名同学作为研究对象.观察组采用改良Peyton四步教学法,对照组采用传统教学法.在两组护生完成眼科门诊实习后对其中医护理操作考核成绩及教学满意度进行比较.结果 观察组的中医护理操作考核成绩及教学满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在眼科中医护理操作的临床教学中应用改良Peyton四步教学法,能够显著提高护生的中医护理操作水平,增加课堂互动参与性,提高课堂效率,提升护生对教学的满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the improved Peyton four-step teaching method in the clinical teach-ing of ophthalmology nursing operations.Methods 64 students who practiced in the ophthalmology clinic of our hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The observation group adopted the improved Peyton four-step teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.After the two groups of nursing students completed the ophthalmology outpatient practice,the evaluation results of TCM nursing operation and teaching satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of TCM nursing operation and teaching satisfaction of the obser-vation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the modified Peyton four-step teaching method in the clinical teaching of ophthalmology traditional Chinese medicine nursing operation can sig-nificantly improve nursing students'level of traditional Chinese medicine nursing operations,increase classroom interac-tion and participation,improve classroom efficiency,and enhance nursing students'satisfaction with teaching.
