The traditional otorhinolaryngology skill examination is still based on the paper-based theory test,which not only results in the waste of paper and the increase of teachers'workload,but also makes it difficult for tutors to make an overall analysis of the effect of undergraduate practice,it was not conducive to teachers'understanding of Students'mastery of Otolaryngology knowledge.In order to combine theory with practice and improve the learning effect of students,the content of otorhinolaryngology skill assessment is divided into three levels according to the knowledge sys-tem,and is carried out in the mode of game,the first is dry skull picture and image picture as anatomical identification car-rier,the second is special skill operation,the third is otorhinolaryngology examination report interpretation.This kind of"Recognize","Do","Read"the game let the students in a relaxed atmosphere to test the effect of learning.This course is based on the test of skills in Department of Otolaryngology,and explores the application of game-based mode in the test of skills in Department of Otolaryngology.The new assessment model can be used for reference for clinical assessment prac-titioners.
