摘要
鼻衄是临床常见病与急危重症,具有发病急、病情变化快、复发率高、治疗棘手等特点.其发病原因较多,目前西医治疗多从局部止血入手,属鼻衄治标之策;中医学认为鼻衄发病多与"火"相关,火性上炎,灼伤鼻络而致衄,其病位在鼻,与肺、肝、胃等脏腑功能失调有关,病性分虚、实两端,根据"火性炎上"的特点,临床辨证分为肺热上炎、肝火上炎、胃火上炎、肝阳上亢,治疗上采用清泻肺热、清泻肝火、清泻胃火、滋阴降火等治法,从整体论治鼻衄,从根本上消除致病因素,以达到标本兼治的效果,最终改善患者生活质量.
Abstract
Epistaxis is a common clinical disease and critical severe disease,with the characteristics of rapid onset,rapid disease change,high recurrence rate,difficult treatment and so on.There are many reasons for its occurrence.At present,Western medicine treatment mainly starts from the local area,only to stop bleeding,which is the palliative strat-egy of epistaxis.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the incidence of epistaxis is related to"fire",fire inflamma-tion,burning the nose and epistaxis,its disease is located in the nose,and lung,liver,stomach and other viscera dysfunc-tion related,its disease is divided into deficiency,solid both ends,according to the characteristics of"characteristic of fire being flaring up",clinical differentiation is divided into Lung heat flaming,Liver fire flaming,Stomach fire flaming,Liver Yang rising.In the treatment,the methods of clearing lung heat,clearing liver fire,clearing stomach fire,nourishing Yin and reducing fire are adopted to treat epistaxis as a whole,and fundamentally eliminate the pathogenic factors,so as to a-chieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root causes,and ultimately improve the quality of life of patients.
