目的 基于数据挖掘和文献计量分析,探析中药治疗青光眼的用药规律和研究趋势.方法 检索建库至2023年12月的中国知网、万方和维普数据库的相关文献,使用Endnote X 9.0剔除重复文献,最后应用Excel 2017建立数据库并进行统计分析.结果 最终纳入中药治疗青光眼的文献283篇;数量整体呈波动上升趋势;所属第一机构共195种;中医证型32个;中药处方345条;中药方剂122个;中药209味;中药药性以寒、温、平为主;药味以甘、苦、辛为主;归经以肝经最多.中药功效分类共17个.结论 中药治疗青光眼具有一定规律,以期为临床应用提供参考和指导.
Abstract
Objective Based on data mining and bibliometric analysis,the medication rules and research trend of TCM treatment for glaucoma were analyzed.Methods The relevant documents of CNT,Wanfang and VIP database from December 2023 were searched to eliminate duplicate documents using Endnote X 9.0,Finally,Excel 2017 was applied to establish the database and conduct statistical analysis.Results A total of 283 articles on TCM for glaucoma;the number was 195 cases;32 TCM types;345 TCM prescriptions;122 TCM prescriptions;cold,warm,mild and mild;the largest liver meridian.A total of 17 TCM efficacy were classified.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine has certain rules in treating glaucoma,in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical application.
