摘要

近年来,随着现代生活方式的改变,近视的发病率呈现出不断增长的趋势,已成为全球范围内的公共卫生问题.除了遗传和环境因素外,近视的发展也与昼夜节律密切相关.昼夜节律是生物体随着地球自转而产生的生物节律,通过调控体内的生物钟系统影响着生理和行为活动.而视网膜作为眼睛的光感受器,受到昼夜节律的调控影响尤为显著.本文将从昼夜节律的基本概念入手,探讨其与近视的视网膜调控机制之间的关系,并分析其对近视发展的影响.

Abstract

In recent years,with the change in modern lifestyle,the incidence of myopia is showing an increasing trend and has become a public health problem worldwide.In addition to genetic and environmental factors,the develop-ment of myopia is also closely related to circadian rhythms.Circadian rhythms are biological rhythms that arise in living organisms in response to the rotation of the Earth and affect physiological and behavioral activity by regulating the body's biological clock system.The retina,as the photoreceptor of the eye,is particularly affected by the modulation of circadian rhythms.In this paper,we will look at the basic concepts of circadian rhythms,explore their relationship with the retinal regulatory mechanisms of myopia,and analyze their impact on the development of myopia.
