摘要
青光眼属于中医学"五风内障"的范畴,玄府学说是中医药治疗青光眼的重要理论.但青光眼作为不可逆性、进展性致盲眼病,发病机制复杂多样,临床治疗仍面临挑战.玄府、络脉均为维系周身气血津液运行的微观结构,也是痰、瘀、毒等产生的关键部位,因此我们认为在玄府闭塞,络脉不通的基础上,由于郁闭日久而产生的内毒可能是青光眼胶痼难解的重要因素,并提出应该在开玄通络的基础上进行散郁解毒,为青光眼的诊治提供新思路.
Abstract
Glaucoma belongs to the category of the"five kinds of wind glaucoma"in traditional Chinese medicine,and the doctrine of Xuanfu is an important theory for treating glaucoma in traditional Chinese medicine.However,as an irreversible and progressive blinding eye disease,the pathogenesis of glaucoma is complex and varied,and clinical treat-ment is still facing challenges.Xuanfu and collaterals are the microstructures that maintain the operation of qi,blood,and body fluids in the whole body and are also the key disease sites to produce blood stasis,phlegm,and toxins,etc.There-fore,we believe that,based on the occlusion of the Xuanfu and the blocking of the collaterals,the internal toxin generated by accumulating inside the body may be an important factor in the obstinacy of glaucoma glue,and propose that dissipation and detoxification should be carried out on the basis of opening Xuanfu and unblocking collaterals,thereby offering new insights into the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.
