摘要

息肉状脉络膜血管病变(polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy,PCV)是一种慢性进展性的眼科疾病.临床上PCV的治疗主要以西医为主,目前中医对PCV治疗的见解也日益增多.本文就PCV患者行阿柏西普联合中医辩证治疗,取得良好的临床疗效进行思考,探讨中西医结合治疗PCV的独特优势,以期为临床提供新的诊疗思路.

Abstract

Polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy(PCV)is a chronic,progressive fundus disease.Clinically,the treatment of PCV is mainly based on Western medicine,and the insights of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of PCV are also increasing.This article considers the good clinical efficacy of Aflibercept combined with traditional Chi-nese medicine dialectical treatment in PCV patients,and discusses the unique advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of PCV,in order to provide new clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
