This article reports a case of chronic myeloid leukemia(CML)with the initial feature of"binocular fun-dus hemorrhage",and discusses its ocular manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis.Fundus changes are a non—specific manifestation of CML patients and are only reported as cases in the literature.Meanwhile,leukemic retinopathy has certain clinical reference value for the diagnosis and prognosis of CML.
