Clinical nursing study on the application of Chinese medicine package combined with intermediate frequency pulse electrother-apy in patients with sudden deafness
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of Chinese medicine package combined with medium fre-quency pulse electric therapy on patients with sudden deafness by collecting and statistically analyzing previous case data.Methods A total of 150 patients with sudden deafness admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2015 to 2019 were selected as the research subjects and divided into three research groups:Chi-nese medicine package combined with medium frequency pulse electric therapy group,Chinese medicine package treatment group,and conventional treatment group.The rank sum test of multiple sample data with completely random design was used to perform statistical analysis on the experimental data.Results The corrected value of the test statistic H was 13.538,which approximately obeyed the x2 distribution of v=k-l.The x2 boundary value table showed that:x0.005(2)=10.60.Since H＞x20.005(2),P＜0.005.According to the a=0.05 level,it can be considered that the clinical efficacy of the three therapies in treating patients with sudden deafness is not completely the same,and the difference in efficacy is statis-tically significant.Conclusion Compared with the other two treatment methods,Chinese medicine packaging combined with medium—frequency pulse electrotherapy has a higher efficacy and better effect on restoring hearing in the patient's diseased ear.
